This moderately-paced heated vinyasa class fuses breath + movement, to build physical strength, increase flexibility, and bring attention to your mind + body connection.  You can expect strong verbal cues, some prop use, gentle hands-on assists when appropriate, and lots of space for exploration within your own body.   Keri is a 200h RYT whose love for yoga began as a young adult, looking for a form of exercise that felt like a natural extension of her gymnastics background. A consistent practitioner now for over 20 years, she felt called to share her passion for movement, meditation and more. Keri’s style of teaching offers students the building blocks they need to safely take their physical practice to whatever level is appropriate for their bodies and abilities.
