Susan is certified RYT 200 hour yoga teacher specializing in power, chair, and Yoga for cancer.  She completed her training in 2015 and have enjoyed teaching a variety of classes and students ever since.  She believes yoga should be available and accessible to all populations.  As a physical therapist she has enjoyed incorporating her knowledge into the yoga classes that she teaches.  When not teaching, Susan enjoys taking different yoga classes, as well as spending as much time outdoors and with her family as possible.    What to Bring Mat Towel Water Bottle
