Stretching & Mobility: With a focus on lengthening and loosening small and large muscle groups, this non-heated stretching class utilizes dynamic movement, as well as static holds to increase flexibility and improve mobility. Students will learn how to safely stretch their bodies using proper techniques and alignment to reduce injury, utilizing props to accommodate all levels and abilities. No experience is needed, modifications will be provided, and gentle assists will be offered, when appropriate. Keri is a 200h RYT whose love for yoga began as a young adult, looking for a form of exercise that felt like a natural extension of her gymnastics background. A consistent practitioner now for over 20 years, she felt called to share her passion for movement, meditation and more. Keri’s style of teaching offers students the building blocks they need to safely take their physical practice to whatever level is appropriate for their bodies and abilities.
