Though it looks complex, this traditional Japanese Matsukawa-Bishi - Pine Bark Diamond Pattern is easy to piece.  Using fat quarters or precut 5" or 10" squares and a single template, the interesting blocks can be sewing with straight seams only.  Full size paper templates in two sizes included or purchase the clear, ruler-thickness clear acrylic template.  It makes cutting oh so easy!  We carry the template for the Fat Quarter option. Finished Size:  64" x 70" (shown on cover) or 54" scrappy quilt.
