Koshido are fine lattice doors. Doors like this commonly have shoji panels that are inserted on the  inside/back of the door to keep the cold air out in winter while still allowing some light in.   In the Summer the shoji panels are removed to allow some air movement through the home or business.   These doors have a few of their panels remaining but not all.
