Measuring Guide: Mounting inside creates the built-in look, while mounting outside around 10" above the window can preserve the entire window view. Inside Mount:The depth of your window casing must be at least 1 3/4'' to install an inside mount. Measure the exact inside width and height of the window, and we will deduct the hardware to fit. Outside Mount:Measure from the outside edge of the window, making sure to include all side moldings besides the window sill, and add 2 inches minimum to the height. If there are no moldings,
