Use our event rental inventory request option to quickly source or create custom rental items from our network of event professionals, suppliers, manufacturers, and custom builders. Plus, 50% of the sourcing fee will be applied to your rental booking's cost when you confirm the rental booking within 60 days of the request. Rental request fees range from $50 - $500. New custom rental booking requests must be made a minimum of 28 days up 120 days prior to the event date to avail the possibility of the rental request being successfully fulfilled in time. Making a custom event rental request does not guarantee that the rental item(s) will be available for the requested event date. Custom event rental request fees are non- refundable or transferable.
