This is a very beautiful and rare Japanese Shin Hanga woodblock print “Maiko with Lipstick” from the famous Shin-Hanga woodblock print artist Hashiguchi Goyo (1880-1921) published by the famous printmaker YuYuDo in 1970s IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. This woodblock print is from my family seven-decade old collection of Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Art. To see more on my family Japanese woodblock print and Asian art collection, please search for shinhangagallery.com.  Print Size is 11 1/4 x 17 inches.  The artist’s signature, his chop mark, and the date that this print was made “February Taisho 9 (1921) are close to the left edge of the print while the printmaker YuYuDo’s chop mark is in the lower right border. There is another YuYuDo publisher chop mark; carver and printer’s chop marks are in the back of the lower left edge.  The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers.
