Description & History- This is a very beautiful and romantic Japanese woodblock print from the famous series of “Tokaido Fifty-three Stations” from the famous Edo artist Hiroshige Utagawa (1797-1858) published by the famous Takamizawa printmaker  made in Showa Era (1925-1978) IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.  This woodblock print is a classical representation of Hiroshige’s mastery of romantic scenery of Japanese in Edo Era.  This woodblock print is from Dr. Ben family seven-decade old collection of Japanese woodblock prints and Asian Art. Artist- Hiroshige Utagawa (1797-1858) Medium- Japanese Woodblock Print Date of Creation- Japanese Woodblock Print made in 1960s Print Size- 16 x 10 3/4 inches Print Condition- The artist’s signature and his chop mark are at the upper left corner of the print while the titles of the series and print and a publisher’s chop mark are in the middle top part of the print.  There is a censor seal in the left border while the publisher Takamizawa chop mark and ca
