Ti Kwan Yin

This aromatic and elegant oolong tea comes from the central Fujian province. It is named for Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy. The crinkly, slightly twisted leaves are a mixture of reddy-brown and dark green. As they steep, they unfurl to give lace-edged leaves that release a honey-colored liquor and a sweet, floral aroma.
