A big, ripe, complex mouthful of a wine! The nose is full of butteredpopcorn and lavender, with rich stone fruits on the palate. The finishhas notes of orange peel and white pepper. It’s meaty in texture, withloads of acid and spice to keep it balanced. I’m in love with it withfoods with Asian or Indian flair, but try it with simple roast chicken orrice and fish too.
