King Under the Mountain This octagonal copper coin was made during the 3rd age of Middle-earth™ in the Mines of Erebor™ under the rule of Thráin II, father to Thorin Oakenshield. Thráin ruled as King of Durin's Folk during their exile from The Lonely Mountain. The Arkenstone™ is shown on an anvil. The Arkenstone, also known as "The Heart of the Mountain", was a great treasure found deep inside The Lonely Mountain that was worked into a faceted jewel.
