Vintage moroccan runner rug - checkered in pink, brown - Boucherouite - 3.9x8.1feet / 119x248cm

I selected this runner rug from piles of rugs as I have always loved a vintage rug with unregular checks. This one is a mix of a raspberry pink and brownish black. It shows a nice faded patina and also has some tiny pieces of recycled clothes in black that make the rug sparkle. The rug is called a boucherouite and is handmade 100%. It is made of wool threads knotted on a cotton base. Despite its rustic look, the rug is a good quality and would go to any indoor space. The pile is a low to medium. Pictures were taken in my bright and all white studio in Marrakech. They have been edited but colors are accurate.
