The FLEX Rack Mount features an adjustable lower rod that easily adapts to different upright sizes. The quick-release knobs allow you to reposition the rack mount in seconds, enabling you to target various muscle groups with ease. The cage portion of the mount features 2 slit positions catering for different exercises.
