Chain lengths are approximate, the chain links do not measure exactly to 0.5". Seamless Option: You choose the chain length 6", 6.5", 7", 8", 8.5"*Directions: measure your wrist with a measuring tape. Add 0.5" rounded up. Example: My wrist measures 5.75", I like the chain length to be 6.5". Plus 1" Extension Option: You choose the chain length 6", 6.5", 7", 8", 8.5"*Good for people who like to change up the tightness of the bracelet or are unsure of what size to get.
