Fit and flare, straight across strapless dress with waterfall draping. Buttery Italian stretch satin crepe has the perfect amount of stretch, full coverage, and a soft glow.  This dress has a custom one shoulder strap in the same fabric that can be worn on or off the shoulder. You could also easily remove this in alterations if desired.  Color: Natural White (same as CH original photos) Alterations and Dress measurements:  Alterations: Altered by the CH team. A french bustle is already in place for your reception.  Dress Bust: 33" Dress waist: 26.5" Dress hip: 38.5" flat, 40.25" stretched (depends on how you prefer it to fit) Length, from waist to hem: 44" Condition:  Overall excellent condition. A couple tiny snags here and there but very minor.  No discoloration on the outside, but a little discoloration on the inside of the bodice.  Dry-cleaned, quality checked, and authenticated by the Carol Hannah team.
