Magna-5 Evaluation Kit

In low vision, even a small improvement can make a big difference. The Magna-5 system is comprised of several components that, when combined and evaluated, may provide a subtle yet meaningful boost in visual acuity for your patient.  The Magna-5 System has 3 components: 5% Magnification: It’s a small change that can make a huge difference to anyone’s vision. Prism Options: You can choose base up, base down, or no prism to see if shifting the light away from the center of the retina helps the patient use their remaining vision better. Contrast and Glare Filters: These filters (set at 450nm and 527nm) are designed to enhance contrast and reduce glare. They can also be customized or paired with your favorite low vision filters.
