Bolga Bicycle Baskets

This fair trade bicycle basket is handwoven using natural and hand dyed elephant grass. Includes two leather and brass buckle attachments for handle bars. Elephant grass needs little water or nutrients, so can grow in otherwise uncultivated land. It improves soil fertility and protects against soil erosion and is used as part of a modern "push–pull agricultural pest management" strategy. Assorted colors.
