The Little Guy is an award-winning espresso system for your home designed to produce quality espresso shots and beautifully frothy milk equal to the best professional machines in the world. The patented internal brewing system accurately controls pressure and temperature, producing two full-bodied espresso shots at a time. Using the fluid delay valve, the system builds outstanding pressure without any moving parts or electronics— all you need is a heat source for the stainless steel boiler. The density of finely ground coffee, carefully packed into the basket, controls the duration of the espresso extraction and the temperature of the head, giving you absolute control. At the end of the extraction process, back pressure through the system is released through the steam wand for milk texturing.
