This listing is for specialty fabrics that require a base fabric underneath the main fabric. Specialty fabrics will incur a small fee due to the extra fabric. Pastel flower includes a shimmery rainbow base fabric, and the flowers are approximately 2 to 2.5 inches in diameter. Fabrics must be purchased with a custom frame order.
