USPC Health and Maintenance Record Book

Pony Club members are required to keep detailed records on their horse or pony's health care and maintenance.  This booklet is a great way to get them started!  Contains pages for horse/pony description and photos, along with multiple pages for veterinarian visits, farrier calls, and much more.  Three-hole punched for easy insertion into a three-ring binder for safe keeping.
