Realistic needle felted Shihtzu Dog Sculpture

This near life size Shihtzu is hand crafted of fine natural merino wool and measures about 12.5 inches long by 11 inches tall. She has hand painted glass eyes and a hand sculpted polymer clay nose. Her hair is tied up with a ribbon flower hair bow, accented with a small rhinestone to reveal her sad puppy dog eyes. This is my largest dog sculpture available at this time and more than 45 hours went into her creation. My little pups are created by repeatedly poking small amounts of wool with a barbed needle to shape and sculpt them into unique little fur babies you will cherish for years to come! All of my felted dog sculptures are of a delicate nature and they are meant to be displayed only. They will not withstand the wear and tear of repeated handling like a toy.
