The bust looks to be made of a porcelain or ceramic, with a high gloss black finish. Upon close inspection on the bottom underside tip of the ponytail there is arough spot. This only shows if you flip the bust upside down and look for it.  The chrome stem has some pitting, and the lucite base has light scratches.
