Serves 4 with ease From your pantry:32 Oz chicken stock1 ½ Cups Water14 oz. Can Tomato SauceSalt & Pepper to TasteOptional: 1 pound smoked sausage. Bountiful Bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring chicken stock, water, soup mix, and tomato sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Stir often to prevent sticking. 2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until corn and vegetables are tender. Stir occassionally. 3. Remove from heat and allow to rest 5-10 minutes prior to serving. For heartier meal add 1 pound of smoked sausage at the start of step 3. INGREDIENTS: Rice, freeze dried red beans, onion, green & red bell pepper, green chili, carrot, celery, spinach, garlic, black pepper.
