Weeknight Spicy Beef SkilletYou will need:1 pound ground beef, browned and drained1 can Rotel Tomatoes (your desired heat level, we use mild)1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese4 cups of Chicken StockOptional:½ Cup sour creamDirections:1. In a 12” skillet combine your cooked ground meat, Rotel, 4 cups of chicken stock and contents of this package. Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.2. When noodles are cooked through to your desired consistency, turn heat off and stir through the ½ cup of cheddar cheese.3. For a creamy version of this skillet add the sour cream at this point and stir till completely blended into the skillet meal. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serve with a green salad to make a complete meal.
