Constructed of impact-resistant plastic to minimize weight without sacrificing strength, the backplate offers all standard slots and attachment point holes at standard widths and on-center distances.   Additional webbing is provided for the tank cam strap.   Both belt and tank cam strap buckles are constructed of corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel.
