The Eula 2 bone skirt is perfect for you.  This skirt has two hoop 'bones' near the hem of the skirt, perfect for layering under a skirt or for wearing as is and creating a costume with it. Intended to fit all sizes can fit up to a 42 inch waist and can be cinched to the size of a branch, self tie closure. Comes in either polyester or cotton.  Model is a 6'0 with a 32" waist
