Simões DOP Sheep Milk Cheese from Azeitão is a premium, handcrafted cheese with exceptional quality. This cheese has a medium flavor and a slightly acidic finish, aged for a minimum of 20 days. During this period, the cheese is turned and cleaned daily for a smooth and pristine crust. An ideal starter for any meal, it makes a great treat to serve to guests and friends on special occasions.
