Product Description: Qty: 1 Pot Venus Fly Trap 3" pot is a carnivorous plant (meaning the plant will eat bugs). No need to feed the plant just water plant. How do they catch bugs into their jaws? The plants release a pheromone that attracts the bugs. The bug lands in their jaws and the hairs in the plant are triggered and the jaw closes.  Growing: Venus Fly traps grow best in sphagnum moss or peat moss which hold water quite well. This type of plant loves a lot of light but not full sun. They also need to stay warm, if the weather is cold outside remember to bring in your little VFT. Pruning is easy, just trim off any tips that turn brown, and they will regrow new ones.  Care Instructions:  Easy: Step 1-take off the plastic cover, fill the plastic cover with water (preferably purified or sterilized water). Step 2-place potted plant in the plastic cover that now is holding water.  WARNING: THIS PLANT EATS BUGS!!
