King Strength Super Sissy Squat

Our Super Sissy Squat is a dynamic version of a classic gym piece. It is a free-standing unit that is sturdy and designed for heavy duty use. The angled foot plate gives the exercise a different feel on the quads and glutes than is felt when using a standard sissy squat. It features thick pads for the calf area and lower legs; adjustable height calf pad; adjustable roller pads to lock in the user’s feet during the exercise; and a tall grip handle to make the adjustment easy from the use position.
