Tomahawk pork chops are pork chops with the bone still on! They are delicious and full of flavor. This is a cut that comes from the rib of the animal, or what is called the bone-in ribeye. It is a very tender cut because of the position it is located in the animal. The steaks come one or two per package and are around 2-4 lbs.
