We made a few advanced design adjustments by shaving down two vertical sides and created the recessed area on the flat side. This allows you to keep the tall height for maximum tilt and place a 3" Mini Ball inside for the advanced Thrasher combo.   Max Out Your Vortex or Skate Rail: Combine the narrow Vortex board and 2.5" inches in height to get the best responsive tilt and challenge.  You can make the Vortex board into a great ankle/calf stretching slant board. Use with our larger Starter boards at the beginner level for the Freestyl
