All things we love and also why we've partnered with them and Umi Organic Noodles to bring you this elevated meal kit.  We've chosen to use Umi Organic Noodles for this meal kit because we adore the quality of the noodles.  We love the fact that it's made with locally milled organic wheat and whole grain barley.
