WildWood Chocolates and Caramels

  We met Rebecca Savage from Wildwood Chocolates at the New York Good Food Mercantile last year.  Being our first time at the NYC show, we were delighted to meet another PDX female maker. One of the nice things at the show is the trade that goes on after the show and we were super happy to trade our sambal with the yummy chocolates AND caramels made here in Portland.  Each one is also a work of art so its almost a shame to break them but your tastebuds will sing in happiness when you do :)    Every chocolate bar size: 90 grams Caramels box contains 18 caramels. 170g Orange Confit and Cherries Chocolate Bar GOOD FOOD AWARD WINNER.  Refined sweet floral orange confit pairs in delicate balance with tart dried cherries making this duo a supreme match over rich 70% dark chocolate.
