Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis

Rich and heavy on the chocolate!   Who doesn't need a little chocolate love? Our 8-inch cake serves 6-8. (or 1, we won't tell!) Raspberry coulis is packed on the side.   Store this cake in the refrigerator for up to a week - pull it out about an hour before you want to serve it for best results.   Ingredients: Callebaut chocolate, butter, eggs, raspberries, sugar.
