69-year-old Don Remigio is the father of six children, four of whom have spent the last sixteen years farming alongside him in Las Flores. Remigio grows mostly Pacas and Bourbon varieties and dries his coffee on raised beds in the back of his house. This region is known for very complex, sweet coffees, and Las Cañadas is no exception.
