Ethiopian - Oromia Cooperative

This Indigenous heirloom coffee is grown in the Oromia region of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Organic and fair-trade, this coffee is naturally processed without water and dried on raised beds. Coffee has been grown on small family-owned farms since the fifth century and is used as food, drink, trade, spiritual nourishment, and a tool for peace-keeping.   A full-bodied, aromatic, earthy coffee with a slightly spicy taste.
