Appointment to Discuss Your Private Event

Please read all the details below and look at all the images.  We accept reservations up to 75 days prior to the date of your Private Event. If you want an Appointment to tour the Facility and Discuss your Event with our Private Event Coordinator there is an advance charge of $50.00 - Not Refundable but can be applied to your charges for Your Private Event.  Send a text message to 804-377-6947 and request a time for your 30 minute appointment.  If the time is available you will receive a text message and your appointment will be confirmed when your payment of $50 is received at this site.  Below are our terms for Your Private Event. After Agreement with Management of West End Ballroom, LLC you can use this site (different page) to make your First Payment and Additional Payments as required by Private Event Reservation and Rental Agreement. Our charge is $950.  A non-refundable payment of $475 is required to reserve a date for your Event.   An additional payment of $475 must be paid 14
