Your Private Event - 1st Payment

After Agreement with Management of West End Ballroom, LLC you can use this site to make your First Payment and Additional Payments as required by Private Event Reservation and Rental Agreement. The person making this Payment agrees to accept all risks related to Covid19  including cancellation and/or restrictions imposed by government authorities.  New Refunds Policy is below.  Your use of our Facility must comply with Public Health Policy including recommendations of CDC. Your Reservation is not confirmed until your Payment is received.  New Refunds Policy - No refund unless notice is received at westendballroom2312@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to your reserved date.  If you ask to cancel your reservation there will be a $300 service charge.  If you ask to reschedule your reservation there will be a $200 service charge. Our charge is $950.  A payment of $475 is required to reserve a date for your Event.   An additional payment of $475 must be paid 14 days prior to your event.  C
