Watermelon Rosé Balsamic

A refreshing twist on tradition, this balsamic combines the juicy sweetness of watermelon with our beautifully balanced Italian Rosé balsamic. It is light, fragrant and bursting with flavor. It adds a playful, floral complexity to any dish. It’s perfect for summer salads, fruit glazes, spritzers and cocktails. Try it as a unique drizzle over fresh melon, mozzarella or grilled halloumi. It’s also nice stirred into ceviche or a simple fruit salad.  Olive oil pairings: Basil, chimichurri verde, jalapeño, Persian lime.  Ingredients: Grape must, wine vinegar, natural flavors, naturally occurring sulfites.  Acidity: 4%. No caramel color or additional ingredients.
