Silica Physics' Y-splitters offer improvements beyond those identified for our unions. We reduced the dead volume by almost 10-fold and flows are now evenly balanced to within 10% over a broader range of column flows. Use these connectors to evenly split a single column’s eluent onto two detectors or apply a single injection to two different column chemistries or capacities. These 1:1 Splitters are compatible with column ODs from 0.32mm to 0.74mm (0.10mm to 0.53mm bore). Output legs are balanced to within 10% of one another.
