To order, simply select your color, size, number of cubes, and quantity. After that, simply design with your unique personalization, and we'll take care of the rest! Production on Graphic/Logo orders will begin after the artwork is approved.Ice Cube Sizing:1.5" - general purpose, 1.75" - medium cocktail, 2" - large cocktail Design height: 1.5" - 2mm, 1.75" - 2.5mm, 2" - 2.5mm   Custom Graphic / Logo When you order a custom graphic or logo design, our expert designers will review your submission and send a proof via email for your approval, refining it as needed to ensure it translates beautifully onto the finished product.   Temporary DELAY on all Custom Graphic Orders: Our Design Team will be out of the office from 4:00 PM on Friday, September 12th until 8:00 AM on Monday, September 22nd. As a result, there will be a 5-business-day delay on top of our usual turnaround time for sending out a design proof.
