The question is, have you made it yet? Now is the time! This comfy, cozy knit top is great as we transition to colder weather. The Toaster Sweater can be made either on a serger or a traditional sewing machine. During the first day of class, we will prepare the pattern, cut fabric, and sew the sleeves.The second week, we will tackle the neckband, body, cuffs, and bottom band.  It is recommended that students make version 1. Depending on fabric, topstitching may not be suitable. If you choose to do version 1 with topstitching or version 2, you will need a regular sewing machine with knit needles and a twin needle (wide), even if you are using a serger for most of the construction.
