Heats up to 450 in 60 seconds with an automatic shut off when not in use. Doesn't snag or pull the hair.  . Returns on wholesale items: All wholesale purchases are final. In the event there is a defect with a tool you purchased and sold to a customer the customer must return the item to you. You are to inspect it to trouble shoot the issue. If it needs replacing then you request a return label from us to send a replacement to you and return item to us. We do not issue refunds.  A store credit will be issued on items discontinued.
