Upon your request after your purchase we can provide the following certificates based on the product materials: ASTM E84 for all item SCU's starting with PR, NFPA701 for all item SCU's starting with AR. We do not have certifications for any other SCU's or any item marked as PVC. Please inquire with your Fire Marshall for PVC usage as it's never been an issue before as PVC is already a fire retardant material. NON-DECORATIVE POT: This item includes a non-decorative weighted pot that is designed to fit into an appropriately sized planter. You can still display this item as shown, but most customers will want to place this non-decorative pot inside a larger decorative planter. We get asked frequently for the dimensions of these pots but honestly it doesn't matter, so long as you choose an appropriately sized planter for the size of the item. For example: a 6' tall tree usually has a 6-7" non-decorative pot, or a 7-9' tall tree will usually have at most a 10-12" non-decorative pot. In both instances the minimum decorative planter size needed would be much larger than the non-decorative pots they come with.
