Silpat Fluted Tart Mold
The Silpat® Fluted Tart Mold will allow you to achieve perfect tarts & pies without greasing. The flexibility of the silicone makes demolding as easy and seamless as ever. Baking is done simply in a traditional oven, on the Silpat® baking and cooling tray. This mold cools very quickly and can also be used in the refrigerator and freezer. No need to use butter, grease, oils or sprays: the non-stick coating allows your yummy creations to pop out easily and evenly. Silpat® is reusable and very durable. Its technology of fiberglass mesh and food grade silicone allows you to use your Silpat® countless times, and the cut corners will allow your Silpat® to fit perfectly in your baking tray. Silpat® molds can be used in any oven, refrigerator, and freezer: they can go directly from the freezer to the oven without the risk of damage. Before filling your mold for oven use, always place it on a baking tray. Cleaning: It is possible to be cleaned in the dishwasher, but preferably with a spon
