We've built great relationships with importers who work year after year directly with farmers. Fair Trade only ensures a basic wage that is barely above the cost of production. However, purchasing with the importers we work with, pays a wage that goes beyond "skimming by". The wages we pay give farmers the ability to invest in their farms, yield better products, and become more sustainable both financially and environmentally in the long term.
