Throughout the process, care is taken to balance preservation, wearability, and structural integrity. The center punch removed during forging is returned to you with the finished ring—a tangible record of origin that completes the story of the piece. Because edges must be shaved, filed, and sanded for comfortable wear, there may be a small discrepancy between the original coin weight and the combined weight of the finished ring plus returned center punch.
