High-Grown Nilgiri broken leaf tea from South India, gives you the ideal strength for Iced Tea - non-cloudy, quick to color, not overpowering in its taste. Add sugar or lemon or sliced fruit - the tea will enhance all those flavors. You can also enjoy it hot - entirely up to you! Use 1 generous tsp. leaf per 8 oz. cup. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep 5 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator.
