Gluten Free Lemon Bar

Tart and tangy lemon curd hand ladled on  buttery  homemade gluten free shortbread crust made with our own gluten free flour blend. All baked and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. Sometimes when making delicate products free of preservatives and stabilizers, shipping can be a challenge. For that reason, this product is currently only available by the dozen. Ingredients: sugar, brown rice flour, butter, whole eggs, cornstarch, citric acid, lemon extract, baking powder.
